Hi all
Making home made lamb burgers is a great way to control what goes into the fast food we all sometimes love. Our lamb burger recipe is very similar to our mince kebabs recipe, with a shorter list if ingredients. These burgers can be easily frozen and popped into the oven for a quick meal. Or they can be made in advance for a "build your own burger" party!

Ingredients
500g lamb mince
dhania, chopped
1 med onion, finely chopped
1 tsp crushed ginger and garlic
spring onion, and mint, finely cut
3 green chillies, finely sliced
1 egg for binding
salt and pepper to taste
sprinkle of paprika
1 tbs Mrs Balls chutney
dash Worscestershire sauce
splash of olive oil to bake

Thanks Aunty for another good lesson. I bought a meat grinder so I can finally tune in the fat to meat ratio. I don't use eggs as a binder, the fat is a binder in my patties. I use a 70% meat to a 30% fat. I have to try with the chutney and worstershire sauce!😋👌

Hi Aunty, quick tip that I use- rather than buttering the bun, I add butter to the frying pan to melt and then place bun directly onto pan to toast. One less step ;) Tx for all your videos

Hi aunty. Hope you're doing well. I'm a long time fan of yours. I was wondering, how do you braise sour milk? I can't find any videos on YouTube or recipe. Im not sure what the correct name is for the dish but it's like sour milk curry that you'd eat with rice and yellow potatoes.
