Just follow the golden ratio rules
For HP scale character like Hu Tao, aim for 32K HP, 1K ATK, 900 DEF, 180 EM, Crit on 70/140, 110% damage bonus (including her passive), and 130% ER

(hits 220k with hydro)

i'm sure it goes without saying, but the HP set also has 40% less Pyro dmg bonus.

40k HP
170% CDM
59% CR
242 EM
With R4 Dragonsbane
She hits like a truck. I mean, 67-70k/CA is huge.

35k HP
54% crit rate
256% crit dmg
120 EM
180k with hydro
I realy like hight crit rate, i think it can deal more dps. I can build my hutao crit dmg more than now, to 270, maybe more, but low crit rate

My Tao 25K HP, 59/229, 3 crowns, but Ultimate, still giving 10K. But hold attack giving about ≈50K.

here's a quick summary of whats better:
HP Build:
Use HP for consistant damage, better for F2P's like me, just have atleast 50% Crit rate and atleast 90-110% Crit dmg bc of passive hutao

Crit DMG/RATE Build
Use CRIT/Rate/DMG if you wanna lose 50/50's over and over again unless your lucky with good crit ratio, good for whales unlike me

Should i use em sands or hp sands with em i have 278 crit dmg and 49, 8 crit rate
25k hp 1700 atk (without e) 260 em or something like that
On hp sands i have crit rate 36 262 crit damage 31k hp and 1870 (around that) atk without e but 60 em
I have homa but no c1 btw
And its both 4 piece crimson witch
And talents are lvl 9 normal
Lvl 10 e lvl 6 ult i ran out of childe mats and solvents for triple crown :(
