There are a couple of spots where the AI can't seem to keep thier cars on the road.
Over by the "Tony stark" house is one of them. Especially when it's snowing.

I've wasted SO Much time camping that spot and laughing my ass off at all the wrecks.
(And the fist fights... and sometimes firefights that break out between NPCs when they crash.)

Then the cops and fire/medics show up - which causes even more chaos.

Maybe it’s water in the barrel. Like the creator didn’t want a boring style water tower. So it’s a water tower that looks like a barrel that the guy is holding.
