12:10 gasoline is a less denser liquid than water. Overtime most of the gasoline will wash away. But not all of it, that’s also why you should never put out a gasoline fire with water because it will make it worse. Because it is less denser the gasoline will float on the water and therefore it can’t be extinguish with water. So it kinda makes sense that it doesn’t go out.

@TGG You can glitch into a small section of the Arcadius building. Go to the top of the round tower on the west side of the building. You can simply walk into (or fly into w/Oppressor) the glassed-in area attached to the building, opposite the 2 big fans. You can't shoot out, but can't be shot while in there, either. If you go close enough to the building in 3rd person, you can't see your character, but can still see your shadow.

This is a clear reminder of why I like GTA Online this much. After 5 years of playing this game (10 if you count GTA V), I didn't know the space to change walls while in a corner. I'm always learning something from the game.
