If someone does send you genisis crystals be carful. Because those aren’t bought through genshin, they can be refunded through paypal or whatever, and if that happens, genshin can ban you. But it’s pretty easy to not get banned from this, just dont use the crystals. They basically send you a 2 week notice saying they’re going to take back the genesis crystals in said two weeks, but if you dont have any to give back (ie, you spent them) you will get banned

If i recall, sending genesis crystals to other uid's is actually the worst thing that can happen, as people can refund the genesis crystals while you already used them and get into actual debt.

On a more serious note, there are websites that allow you to send genesis crystals to your acc with just your uid, but these websites can ask for refunds, and if you spend these genesis crystals into primos and then into wishes, and then whoever sent you the gems ask for a refund, you may get a negative number of primogems that you have to get again or your account will be banned in a week.

The real scary part is someone could send you genesis crystals, and when you spend them they could refund the purchase from their third party website. Genshin, in game doesn't have refunds but it accepts refunds from 3rd party websites. BUT if you've already spent the crystals and they ask for a refund, you could get permanently banned. Please never do this to anyone it's actually sick of people to do this
