Balletone Description:
Dubbed “the Dancer’s Workout for the Non-Dancer”, this class takes traditional Barre class and brings it center stage for a fun cardio workout. Using ballet inspired movements done to the rhythm in a non-stop format, you’ll sweat, burn and dance your way to a lengthening, toning and graceful workout that will leave a smile on your face. Done barefoot and free-standing (no equipment) to music, we will repeat short choreographed phrases to give you the cardiovascular equivalent to your typical barre class. Feel the burn and join the fun as we work on toning, balance, flexibility, coordination, posture and cardio all in one class!
