Balletone is a ballet-inspired cardio workout, sure to get your heart rate up! It's for all fitness levels and you do not need a background in dance to be successful at this type of exercise. I break down each of the movements and by the time half an hour has passed, you'll wonder where the time has gone! I love the movements in Balletone: the flow, the energy, and of course, the endorphins!!! Let me know if you try this & how it goes!
You don't need any equipment and I recommend being barefoot. You'll want to have space to move around. We'll warm up, get the blood flowing while sculpting & toning, then cool down at the end.
