Thanks man this was very helpful! I had already started walking and when I would start to test if I could run I would feel some shakyness. So Ill just keep trying to get a little better with exercise to get these headaches down. Cheers 👍

What happens if that night after exercising before going to bed you have headache symptoms and “soreness” from pushing yourself throughout the day. Should you just sleep it off? Is it normal for the body to react at the end of the day

Can headaches come back years after injury? I had a concussion from a fall 4 years ago. Had headaches for about a year then i was fine. They just started coming back 😩😩
