I’m pretty sure this is what I have going on. I was in a ski accident during the 2017-18 season. I think I only lost consciousness for a few minutes. I wasn’t able to see out of one eye for about 1-2 months. I started getting severe migraine type headaches after the accident. I never really had headaches before the ski accident but my mom grew up suffering from regular migraines. It’s August 2020 and I’m home from work because another one of the migraine type headaches hit today. Unfortunately I am from the US which means I never sought medical attention I didn’t know about post traumatic headache. Anything a poor person in the US (we don’t have universal healthcare) can do from home?
