I used filler words a lot on speaking test with sensei. I just can't think of some Japanese word fast enough....

No offense but japanese people sometimes can be a little bit too much. You can't be too friendly, too scary, too normal and etc. You have to be perfect in everything because a small mistake can ruin you.
