can't say i'm too surprised the BBC haven't paid him anything, but i'm even more surprised they haven't even so much as talked with him about it

the interesting thing is if the bbc just went "oh we made the mistake we will send you the same amount we were going to pay the guy we intended to interview and give you another chance to have your actual job interview" guy would have been happy and that would be the end of it
