There are many different types of tax credits, it's not just about R&D. RDA is a variant on R&D tax credits and available to businesses with commercial properties. The issue is that not many accountants and smaller R&D businesses understand the legislation surrounding RDA, therefore it is possible for mistakes to be made, leading to potential over claims and challenges coming from HMRC.
