Thanks for the video. I wish you would have discussed the difference between an oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) and an oral glucose challenge test (GCT). I see these two test mentioned frequently in my Saunders Comprehensive Review.

Thanks for sharing. Good info about the dangers of this terrible lifestyle disease. But I'd change the bad advice of spiking the glucose with a candy or juice, even though you mentioned protein. It was that kind of sugar spike a couple hours ago that caused the issue now that you're seeing.
Exercise often, reduce sweets and beverages and machine made foods, cook your own fresh whole food meals. Don't eat often
