Fantastic video! The situations were very similar to reality hehe
I remember that when I went to London I had the same problem about liquids in my carrying bag 😅 i got nervous because IT was my first experience outside my country. now I know how to react. 😀

Here's the transcript, if you need it. Also, at the bottom, I wrote down the most important expressions to put in a text box aside. Anyway, very useful video! :)

PART 1 (Checking in)

Bill: Hello!
Officer: Hello there! Where are you flying to today?
Bill: I am going to London.
Officer: And have you checked in online already?
Bill: Yes, I have. But… I was wondering. Can I change my seat? I have an aisle seat, but I would really like a window seat if that is possible.
Officer: Let’s have a look. Can I have your passport, please?
Bill: Yes, of course!
Officer: Thank you! One minute! Let me check if there is another seat available. Yes, we can do that, sir!
Bill: Excellent!
Officer: Do you need a paper copy of your boarding pass?
Bill: No, thanks. I have it on my phone.
Officer: And do you have any bags to check in?
Bill: No, I only have a carry-on bag.
Officer: That’s fine. You just need to put this tag on it.
Bill: Like this?
Officer: That’s perfect! Well, you are ready to go. Enjoy your trip!
Bill: Thank you very much!

PART 2 (Dealing with problems at the check-in)

Officer: I’m sorry Ma’am, but this bag is overweight. The limit is 23 kilos. You either need to take some things out or pay for the excess.
Lucy: How much is the excess?
Officer: It’s 50 euros for a bag up to 32 kilos.
Lucy: That’s expensive! I will try to take some things out.
---
Officer: I’m sorry, but the flight is delayed by at least 2 hours.
Bill: So, when do you expect the plain to leave?
Officer: Right now, we expect it to depart at 10:30 PM. I do apologize for the inconvenience.
Bill: Well, I guess there is nothing we can do.
Officer: Thank you for your patience. You can check the departure boards for updated boarding times and flight information.
---
Officer: I’m sorry, but your flight has been cancelled due to bad weather.
Lucy: But I really need to be in London tomorrow afternoon. What’s the next available flight?
Officer: Well, let me see what we can do. We do have a flight leaving tomorrow morning, that I can switch you to.
Lucy: What time in the morning?
Officer: It leaves here at 7 AM and it arrives at 10.
Lucy: That would be fine.
Officer: Right. Here is your printed confirmation. And again, I’m very sorry for the trouble.
Lucy: That’s okay. It’s not your fault. Are there any hotels near the airport?
Officer: Yes, of course. If you go to the customer’s service over there, you can claim a voucher for a hotel and meals.
Lucy: Excellent. Thank you.
Officer: You’re welcome.

PART 3 (Going through security)

Officer: Is this your bag, sir?
Bill: Yes, it is.
Officer: We need to search it. Do you have any liquids?
Bill: No problem. No, I don’t think so.
Officer: I’m afraid we need to take this bottle. You are allowed containers up to 100 ml maximum.
Bill: Okay, sorry. I completely forgot.
Officer: And this Swiss knife has to go too.
Bill: But it is important to me!
Officer: I can take it or you will have to go back and check this bag.
Bill: Well, I don’t have times for that. I guess you will have to take it.
Officer: Very well, sir. Here is your bag.
Bill: Thanks!
---
Lucy: Excuse me, I’m very late for my flight, can I go to the front of the line?
Officer: Okay, come forward quickly. Make sure everything is out of your pockets and please place laptops in a separate tray. Please step over this way, Ma’am.
Lucy: I’m really late for my flight, could I just…?
Officer: Ma’am, please step over here, stand on the marks of the floor and raise your arms above you. Do you have anything in your pockets?
Lucy: Yes, sorry. I still have some money and my keys.
Officer: Please put them in the tray and come through again.
Lucy: And where is my bag?
Officer: It looks like your bag needs to be searched.
Lucy: This is ridiculous. I’m going to miss my flight.
Officer: Do you have anything sharp in here?
Lucy: No, nothing.
Officer: You can’t take this jar on the airplane.
Lucy: Why not?
Officer: It is a liquid Ma’am, no liquids over 100 ml.
Lucy: This is crazy, it is only honey!
Officer: I am afraid those are the rules.
Lucy: Fine, keep them!

PART 4 (On the plane)

Flight attendant: Excuse me sir, would it be alright if we put your bag in the overhead locker?
Bill: Well, I prefer to keep it with me.
Flight attendant: It is just that you are sitting in an emergency exit row. We can’t have anything on the floor.
Bill: Okay. Do what you must.
Flight attendant: I also need to ask you to raise your window blind and make sure your seatback is in the upright position for taking off.
Bill: Why do I have to do all this?
Flight attendant: It is standard position for takeoff, sir. You can recline your seat and take your bag down once we are airborne.
---
Flight attendant: Hello, can I help you?
Lucy: Yes, I ordered a special meal online, but it hasn’t arrived yet.
Flight attendant: Okay, I can go and check. Which meal did you order?
Lucy: The gluten-free option.
Flight attendant: Oh, I’m sorry, I think that there has been a mistake. We just gave out the last gluten-free meal.
Lucy: But I ordered it online!
Flight attendant: I’m so sorry! There must have been some confusion. You can have anything else from our menu.
Lucy: I can only eat gluten-free dishes, so that is no use. Also, my screen is not working.
Flight attendant: I’m very sorry about that, Ma’am.
Lucy: It is a 12-hour flight. What am I supposed to do? No food and no TV?
Flight attendant: Ma’am, we can offer you an upgrade to business class, so that you have a working TV screen.
Lucy: Business class? Let’s go!
Flight attendant: Follow me please, Ma’am.

PART 5 (ARRIVAL)

Bill: Hello
Border control officer: Hello. What is the purpose of your visit?
Bill: I have a business meeting.
Border control officer: Where is the meeting?
Bill: It is at a Law firm, in London.
Border control officer: And how long are you staying?
Bill: Until Tuesday.
Border control officer: Please put your right hand on the scanner. Thank you. Now look into the camera here. One, two, three. That’s great. Thank you and enjoy your stay!
Bill: Thank you!

It's easy to understand and the pronunciation is very clear. Also, the situation is quiet realistic. Your lesson is the only english lesson I can learn without the subtitles.
