At one point in my life I was suicidal and make a cute sign with a John Legend lyric saying “heaven is not so far” on my ceiling so that when I went to bed at night and woke up in the morning I could be reminded that I could always leave tomorrow. This song speaks to my heart so deeply and it makes me feel so close to Mac Miller’s music ❤️❤️ It hurts my soul to listen to this song and understand the overwhelming feeling he’s expressing... It makes me think that if he could have just found the right thing or the right person in time he might have stayed 😢😢😭 So frikken sad to lose a talented and beautiful artist like Mac Miller when he had so much more to share with all of us

Mac always had such a profound way of conveying his emotions through rap and his lyricism, the subtle notion that depression and life is fucking hard, we all have our vices, but the instrumentals and overall sound is there to remind you that "The skies still blue".. I'm on my probably 10th listen now. This song is speaking to me right now. I know a lot of us have so much time on our hands to just think and be with ourselves. With our minds. Just there with the darkest parts of ourselves. I'm in a pretty weird part of my life right now and it sucks being in this kind of situation.
