People tend to forget that mass produced Custodes already exist. They are called Space Marines.

The bolter, chainsword, and lasgun were described as ideal for mass production because of the simple & efficient designs. Custodes & auromite armour are anything but simple.

When he was listing the things that make a custodies better than a space marine, I almost missed the “better in bed” part because I was singing “harder better faster stronger” then I heard the last sliver and was like “hold the fuk up”

I would love a story about the the life and journey of a regular, unnamed custodes, from his beginning through the thousands of years and maybe his internment and life as a Telemon Dreadnaught. Especially since they are more than just warriors; it could integrate their philosophical and noble aspects.

Also forgot to mention that the death rate for the custodes process is quite high as well compared to space Marines who we'd also consider to have an insanely high death rate for recruitment.
