Having discovered climbing 5 months ago whilst looking for new activities to my children i have following in love with it. My children have now moved on to new activities but i am now hooked. I started looking on youtube for videos of tips and stumbled across your channel. I really enjoy your videos and the format. I will be taking these tips to the wall this week to put them into action. Thank you for you channel and keep up the good videos

Fab video! Particularly love the tip about trying things above your current grade. I'm very guilty of wanting to climb harder but being too scared to try the harder grades. This is what I intend to work on this year when the gyms open again!

Same working in the industry too ! Sometimes, I find it stressful to improve my skill as a staff in the gym, especially when some customers are better than me. This video makes me felt refreshing and hopeful, thank you.

Great video, I definitely think a fear of falling holds me back from trying harder things!

Great tips! Also when falling don't stick your hands out... I did that once and twisted my elbow. Couldn't climb for months oops!
Can't wait to get back in the climbing gyms once they open. I will have to try some higher grades and not be afraid of failing (even when better climbers are watching :))

I've just come back to bouldering after a year out (and I'd only just started then tbh). One thing I've concentrated on is not worrying about big goals, but figuring out what level I'm climbing at 'on that day', and setting mini targets based on that. If you can't get to the top, that's ok. Sometimes it's hard enough just to start. The next hold can wait till next time. You'll never improve faster than when you're just starting out, so savour that feeling.

A great video. Thanks. I had just started to try and do harder grades and was showing some signs of improvement. I can't wait to get back to the wall and keep trying. I will also try and make myself talk to others as I always go on my own and tend to stay on my own rather than get involved with other people (must try harder)
Thanks again

Great video again, it was just a bit painfull to see you climbing in Monk, it is where I normally train and I miss going to the gym. Watching climbing video's helps me getting my fix.

THE C O R E. You do not know how much I can relate to the core part hahaha. When you are in an overhang and the feet cut loose... Oh damn you remeber the day you decided to not train core a few days prior. Nice Hannah style vid! I hope you can squeeze the juice from the wall you built this lockdown! (Bc ofc we know you got the double catch dialed by now!)

I just started and was wondering if anyone else get's intimidated by the height of the wall. Normally I wouldn't say I am afraid of heights but I stop myself bouldering to the top of a wall because I get scared. Anyone have any tips?

Hey Hannah I'm 4'11ft tall. Do you think you could do a technique video that will help short people climb?

Thank you for your videos.. Love the content. I've just started - 3 sessions in 😃 Are there any books that might be helpful for beginner climbers? Thanks for your input!
