My 2 cents
Fire, old pot, boil used motor oil brush it on all wood that’s exposed to the elements
Under the floor, get tons of 2 liter soda bottles cut tops and bottoms cover all exposed wood, heat to shrink wrap it and water proof the wood

Should of ran the bords out past the logs 12 inches, and put the door on one of the ends. That thing is going to leak .
