What are Husk's powers in Hazbin Hotel?

Did you know this in Hazbin Hotel?

One of the core plotpoints around husk’s character is that he gambled against alastor and sold his soul to save his power. So what are his powers?

So firstly husk has a couple basic powers, like the ability to fly due to his wings, enhanced strength and some level of clairvoyance, since he can see through people to tell if they’re lying or to identify their insecurities.

He has a couple other interesting abilities. Firstly he has the power to kinetically charge items which gives them new properties. His two favorite items being dice and playing cards. He can make them explode or slice straight through people. Atleast to me this appears to be based on the comic character gambit, from the xmen.

He’s also a magician, so he possesses sleight of hand and can perform card tricks using his demon powers.

And lastly he possesses some level of luck, or the ability to influence his odds. Again very similar to domino, another xmen comic book character.

It’s also important to note that alastor has likely limited husk’s powers. So he definitely has even more that we haven’t seen yet.

He doesn't have clairvoyance, he's just good at reading Angel because knows what it's like to put up a fake persona to hide the fact you're tearing yourself down.

I don’t think he got clairvoyance. He’s just used to see people with problems. He got a mirror. And he’s a gambler, so he definitely knows when someone is bluffing.

Since Husk has large wings, I hope we see him use them to fly and perhaps carry Angel Dust at some point too. Also I love that he uses his playing cards as weapons to take down the Loan Sharks and the Exorcist Angels. I know Husk used to be an Overlord, but I really want to know how powerful he was before Alastor owned his soul. Also it's cool Husk's abilities are references to two X-Men Characters.😮🤩🐱🎩♥️♦️♣️♠️

I wouldnt say clairvoyance is a power he has, more like hes just good at reading people becuz hes a skilled gambler and he needs to be able to read through people's poker faces but idk

I like to think he can control luck in a way where whatever you want, you get the opposite of, and whatever he wants, he gets.

Like for example, if hes gambling with someone, if they want to win, there luck goes bad (and if they wanted to lose, their luck would go good), and if Husks wants to win, his luck goes good (and if he wants to lose, luck goes bad).

Idk if i explained it well, but I like to think that that is how it would work, and maybe alastor figured out they way luck works, and thats how he won (Husk casually wanted to win, while alastor severally wanted to lose, giving him enough luck to win)
