Finally someone that actually tells the truth about the price of a Coyote swap. Most people can barely handle a stock 5.0…and the endless videos on YouTube reflect that.

Not too many people plan on pushing 600+ built horsepower. If you have an S197 keep the 4.6. Most people never see the full potential of them, because they believe the hype of them being slow.

Don’t get me wrong 300hp today is nothing to boast about. For a fraction of what this cost Drew he could get to 500+ horsepower on a 4.6. He wanted a lot more than that which is why he did the swap. Half of the people in this comments section would wrap 500 horsepower around a tree…you don’t need it.

Im doing a New Edge Coyote swap once i can afford it, if i do a second mustang this is the goal car, the New Edge is gonna be track use so ill need a street legal car

If the swap is 30k couldn’t you just a buy a Gen 1 coyote for half that or a used Gen 2 mustang around 25 to 30k? Just curious, some one please chime in if I’m wrong

Thats crazy all that money I understand why people put them in cars you wouldn’t expect but to put one in a mustang when you could of bought a gt is crazy granted it looks like your has more done than just a gt but wow but 30 for the trans engine supercharger breaks and other bits and pieces plus labor adds up… well hope you enjoy it !!
