I've been developing an alter ego since 2018. While the real me keep arguing with my alter ego (sometime I wonder about my sanity). This help me so much in Life, my alter Ego is more extrovert, layback, just like you mentioned, I hit the gym, get confident, dress better, etc. While the real me is basically weeaboo gamer lover lol. Most of my friend don't even knew, I watch anime, until I put my anime shirt on. Damn.

I can say i have 2 alter egos: Heitor and Kaz
I'm someone that is very anxious with what the people say, even more that my personality is based on thinking on the others and liderships.
Heitor is how i can say more masculine persona, he's more nonchalant, playfull, layback and extremly extroverted, besides, he's more confident and isn't scared in say his point of view, what can help with problems.
Kaz is a more "gender neutral" persona idk how to explain, but they are more a mix of my original personality with Heitor's. They are calm, extroverted, very charismatic and emphatetic, a person that is very comfortable being around.
I want to bring them more on my life, because of this i'm searching more to make this happen
