Thanks for sharing your favourites. Great picks. My favourites that I’ve read so far are Rose Madder, Needful Things, It, Misery, Lisey’s Story and Everything’s Eventual.

Thank you for adding Dreamcatcher. Everyone keeps giving this book a bad rap but the relationship with the five friends is important, magic and you care for them no matter what happens. It makes for an awesome story.

I love watching people's Stephen King lists! Making mine was pretty difficult. Dreamcatcher isn't as terrible as people make it out to be, I love part 1, but then parts 2 and 3 aren't too great for me. Here's my top 10
1. The Dead Zone
2. Misery
3. Different Seasons
4. If It Bleeds
5. Drawing of the Three
6. Duma Key
7. Firestarter
8. Night Shift
9. Roadwork
10. Carrie

I love The Stand. I seriously thought there were some creepy moments. Randell Flagg is such a great character. Have you noticed on some of the books there are keyholes on them on the back?

I loved reading IT. I’m reading it for the 3rd time. Hoping to understand the ending more each time lol

Great job Zack. A little surprised Salem's Lot didn't make the list, but that's what makes these things fun.
When it comes to The Stand and especially IT, I just don't get it. I thought both books started off so strong -- especially The Stand -- and then I felt he milked the idea for all it had and didn't know where to go with either story. Really like the list. Agree The Shining is among his best.

is it just me or the dog behind him really adds to the aesthetic of the video

Green Mile is

Yes!
The film is also for me the best King adaption still. Both have me in tears everytime.😢😂

Having read King in the '80s (and occasionally since), it's interesting to hear younger people's reactions.
I remember reading Christine 30something years ago as a young teen. My mom came in, and decided to check out what I was reading. She popped it open and said, "What word is this ... sh ... shi ... 'shitters'???"
That was awkward LOL

I read the Stand at the start of the pandemic 😳 I just started reading the Dark Tower series as a buddy read. We are on book 2 right now! Lady of Shadows is where we are at right now. 😃 loving it so far!
