Fix your GoPro!! || Soft & Hard Reset for All GoPro Models

In this video I go through the steps on how to reset GoPro device. The steps apply to all GoPro models however in this video I am using GoPro Hero 10. I will cover soft and hard reset in this video. If both resets don't fix your issue and you are still under warranty I'd recommend you contact GoPro Support.

The steps explained are best for GoPro:
- charging issues
- GoPro is glitching or is slow in performance
- not powering on or the screen is frozen
- not connecting to your phone
- GoPro not turning on

This doesn't make sense. You mentioned in the hard reset that it's a great step if your device is not powering on. Then you said "first of all you just have to turn on the gopro." Mine is not starting at all, so it seems to be impossible to do a hard reset.

How is the hard reset a good way to fix the GoPro "if it's not turning on"..but the first step is to turn on the GoPro?

Yeh ok so when the camera is constantly LOCKED IN A LIVE Webstreaming mode.. how do you propose i get to the FACTORY RESET menu ?

Do you have to update your firmware after a factory reset?

My one doesn't turn on at all after accidentally submerged into lake, did all the drying procedure and Go pro is totally dried up but still not powering on. Any solution on this?

Title is no good, not for all GoPro's. I'm trying to hard reset my 3+ and I can't find any vids with a method that works.

The resets don't work on the original GoPro Hero HD/GoPro 1.

Gopros are rubbish. I constantly have issues with my 10. DO NOT BUY GOPRO!
