I try to teach humility to all my team members. Some understand it, but others don't get it. They see themselves as someone who can do no wrong and everyone else is to blame. I have fallen prey to this myself on occasion but have gotten much better about it.

If the b.s. on a job for example started on day 1 it may not necessarily be arrogance in my humble opinion. I think there are alot more variables out there in the working world than some may realize. That being said, I think it's good to do the occasional reality check. I enjoy the info.
P.s. What guy dont like nice cars? I'll take a wild guess and say I bet you have a high end surf board or gentle. Haha. Everyone should work hard and have a life enhancer or two.
