How to FULLY Reset Windows 10 to Factory Settings

When I reset my windows it's stuck at 32% then restarts.. and then it does a recovery.. but then I cant login.. and when i boot into safemode my SSD arent there.

after I clicked “fully clean the drive” its telling me “additional free space is needed on the drive where windows is installed. Free up some space and try again.” Please help

Wanted to ask you, will the "Fully clean the drive" option will erase everything on the C Drive (where windows is installed) or other drives as well (D, E, F etc) ?
