While making notes, I end up writing everything which is given in book, and not just sailent features of topic, essentially ending up copy pasting the entire book as my Notes. Can you tell how to avoid that and make notes more concise.

Hello Dr sab....I'm 38yrs now...in this counselling I have option of ent optha anasthesia..surgery n ortho....I have seen ur video of ms ent can do onco surgery specialization n many more in that video....so I m very much confuse whether it will b feasible at this age to go for surgical my dream branch is md paedia....n I worked as a nonpg sr in Kasturba hospital of Delhi 5yr....plus in esi Faridabad 1yr..plus jr Shi in cnbc hospital delhi...but I don't have rank n budget enough for md I can't understand....in last 7-8yrs....whether giving exam either by preparing whole yr n give exam..or given without study...I make 52-53%only....ll....now either u suggest me how to study...for 1more it will b last attempt...or guide me to chooze from above surgical branches....I can even come to meet u in AIIMS delhi...for study guidance...if u permit....thanku....ll..plz reply

How to know which topic is important? Before doing PYQ we have to read books right? But in the books should we read everything? Else how we will know which topic is needed.
