3 months to live: Stage 4 Bowel Cancer Diagnosis

I'm sorry to tell you that I have been diagnosed with Stage 4 Bowel Cancer that has spread to my Liver and the prognosis is that with chemotherapy I may survive another 3 months. Obviously this has come as a massive shock to me and my family and I'll be prioritising friends and family in this difficult time.

I appreciate all the support you've given me over the years and hope that I can get a few more uploads arranged before my time is up.

However with that being said, despite the dire prognosis i'm going to fight this with everything I have and give my body the best chance, the fight isn't over, it's only just started.

I left monetisation on for this video, which in my head seems really off key, however as I will soon no longer be able to work and YouTube will become part of my primary revenue. So I did have a good think before I allowed it. Thank you all for your support ❤️

Don't despair. I am stage 4, and I wasn't expected to survive 6 months. Am still here 2 years later.

A prognosis is NOT an expiration date. Keep fighting bro. You are not alone, and you NEVER will be.

I hope you see this brother. Last February 2023, my sister, 34 years old, got diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer with over 60 tumors and a tumor that also spread to her liver. Deemed inoperable, she had to get a colonostomy bag. Fast forward now, she is still with us today, fighting it. Her colon shows no more signs of cancer and the tumor on her liver is shrinking. Oncologists in the beginning prepped her for the worst and didn’t expect any of her current results. Get a second opinion, and find faith in God, or the universe. Praying for you

“Don’t take life too seriously, it may be shorter than you’re expecting”

Thanks, brother. I’ll never forget those words.

Rest In Peace Ollie, you fought with bravery and deserved to be here longer. Im so happy you managed you beat your initial 3 month prognosis by a massive margin and show the rest of us how to act while dealing with such hard news. If anything you've help me reflect on my own time here and to not take anything for granted.
Im just sorry you didnt get to have more time.

Thank you ollie ✌🏻

Twenty five years ago I was told I had only one year to live. Guess what? I am still here. No one but God knows when he will call you home my brother. Sending you so much love.

My father was told he had 6 months to live when his cancer was revealed. That was 16 years ago and he's still kicking. Keep on keepin' on, bro.

DONT GIVE UP.

My uncle has stage 4 cancer and was given a year to live, 10 YEARS AGO.

It’s NOT over.

The number is frankly bullshit. I was diagnosed with late stage 4 lymphoma that had evolved to leukemia, occupying over 90% of my bone marrow. The prognosis was less than a year, I have been in complete remission for 12 years and turn 19 in nov. I do not wish to spread false hope as its often more devastating than despair but please remember that number is a shot in the dark. They give you a rough guess if they expect you to not make it which i think is really just to soften you up to the idea of your own mortality but that deadline is absolutely not set in stone or anything. The fight is never over until you quit, we are with you brother, never ever fucking give up.

My step mom was given 3 months to live when she was first diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. That was over 5 years ago. She never stopped fighting for her life, even when cancer spread to her liver, ribs, brain, and lymph nodes. Your fate doesn't have to be what the doctors tell you.

My father was diagnosed with stage four bowel cancer with six months to live in 2017. Yesterday he beat me in a swimming race. Stay positive dude. I will pray for you

My grandpa was told he would be dead in 30 days with his cancer. He beat it, died 12 years later. We enjoyed a lot of extra years with him. I was supposed to die of my injuries in my motorcycle wreck. Alas I am still here. Don't give up, try alternative treatments, nothing to lose! But most importantly don't get negative and down. FIGHT. GL my brother.

Stage 4 lung cancer here, unfortunately it has spread to all my bones, all at the prime age of 24. My friend, it is hard, but that is life. Just enjoy family, friends, your hobby and that is all we can do. I pray for you.
