So in Dale's mind he caught John Redcorn "messing with his mower" but then he just let's him continue to treat Nancy. He's very forgiving. "Well now that I've put you in your place regarding my mower we can resume business as usual."

1- 0:35 and that little bit of dialogue is why I’m positive Dale is a better person for Nancy and Joseph. That made it sound more like a game for him.
2-It oddly says how much he cares when Nancy gets a Migraine if he’s willing to tell John to start massaging her when he sees them together.

This line right here made me suspect that Dale was just playing the long game. He knew that as long as he acted oblivious, no matter how obvious Nancy's infidelity became, it would eventually sap the thrill out of it and render the whole thing as tedious to them as a normal relationship.
