Biden Destroys Real Estate Market

The real estate capital gains tax and tax credit proposals Joe Biden has put forth are disastrous. Biden needs to watch this video. There are a couple of things the government could easily do to help the real estate market: reducing restrictions and making building easier would help. We have too few homes on the market, we need to address the supply shortage, but Biden is doing the opposite.

Government and taxation restricts free markets too much. It's like the Cobra effect, they keep trying to fix stuff and it always has unintended negative consequences.
