This looks absolutely stunning and visually lush. This would definitely go as one of the best films of the year, or possibly, Best Foreign Language Film for the next year's Oscar's.

Very good indeed. Provides a perspective of the Cold War as seen from the Eastern Europe/Poland. Intriguing love story, very good and original music, fstunning photography (nearly all scenes could be sold as separate pictures). Surprising it didn't get higher at the most important film prizes in Cannes, even though the director received a price for his work .
