Obviously non of those people know how ageing work. You sound like all of those scientists that published papers on why men will never fly, until they were proven wrong by the Right brothers. Telomere lengthening is a thing we can do. You can live much longer than 100 years now even though you will keep aging. Assuming you are in your 70s, even you can gain an additional 30 to 40 years of life now if you have the money to pay for the treatments.
