Scientist and author Jon Kabat-Zinn says mindfulness can be a vital tool in cutting through the noise of daily life. "What mindfulness is saying is [that you should] find your own way. Listen to your own heart," he says. "Listen to your own yearning. Because what we're really trying to do is live our life as if it really mattered."

First thing, I love the Just gorgeous. Isn't God amazing. The 'drop in' I have been trying to learn how to do that every since I was a teenager. I am 59 now and I am still interested. To me it is a way to relax from the inside out. A way to relax in me.
