Its true. I've tried for years to not abuse my pain pills. Almost a decade... But it wasn't until I changed my behavior in the mind and in my soul. I was am able to look through the eyes of Christ. See how He sees and live how He wants me to live. I still need work, but We work through it. We are able to live a better life. And We will get through all of my earthly sins to align my soul to Gods will.

The moment you believe in the gospel you are safe yes, repent is to change your mind on beliefs not repent of your sins. No one has ever done it because they’re not made perfect. For God is perfect we don’t give God mercy. God gives us mercy because he was perfect and he died on a cross for our sins is the grace of God and the gift of God that we are saved by him we are saved through our own doing nothing that we do is good and nice of God.
