This is one of my fave moves. I pair it with pull-ups. Total 20 get ups and 60 pull-ups. 10 sets of 2x and 6X. Takes about 30 mins to complete. It’s pretty legit. I’m usually gassed after that. Then I’m ready for the weekend! Let’s get it, Rugged!! 🔥

Damn, never seen anyone doing TGU with sandbag but it look like a genius idea. Get ups with ketlebells always feels a little sketchy to me

I am interested to hear about the technique/sequence you’ve chosen here. You do a press to knee and change shoulder at the top. I saw you used a different technique with the 200lb bag. Do you just go with what feels right?
