Set a timer for 20 minutes.
Perform with weight that will challenge you for 5 reps.

SB Get Up
Set a timer for 20 minutes.
Perform for 1/1 rep on each side.

Sled sprints or regular sprints.
Sprint for 50 meters.
Try to get 5 sprints in 10 minutes.

I just added sandbags to my workouts. This complex will be on my next workout. This looks fantastic for all around strength.

I like that Complex - simple and yet I bet it gets results! Please share the manufacturer of that sandbag that's a material I've never seen in a sandbag it looks comfortable on the skin
