How are the absorption peaks for GFP (at 395 and 495nm) relevant? I'm confused about the relationship to 509nm ... and which value is needed to detect GFP concentration...? Thanks!!

HI, thank you so much for such as informative video, could you please tell me, is it possible to use GFP and study the yeast cell, like kind of mechanism caused by an external factor and to find out which chemical is actually affected by external factors like temp and stress (biotic and abiotic) I would appreciate your response.
