This is basically Madden 20 updated. You know exactly what you're getting before you buy it. Better to get Roster update from downloads and be happy. But I understand some people gotta have Madden.

I have both. Last gen is literally madden 23 with visual tweaks. You don't get 6 trade slots, don't get superstar mode, don't get training camp. I think this or next year will be the last time EA makes a Xbox One PS4 game

I play current gen but the old gen gameplay is how a video game should be. The only problem with madden and 2k is that they tried to make the movement super realistic when it shouldn’t be. I hope they bring back more unrealistic movement

Honestly, for old gen it looks pretty damn good. Player models are better, no huge belly offensive linemen and huge players overall. Still playing madden 18. If it goes on sale for $20 might pick it up.

The biggest issue I haven't seen anyone address is on last gen your backplates and flakjackets on players show during game but on next gen it don't show until replays anyone else notice It just bothers me knowing Ryan tannehill Patrick mahoes etc wear flakjackets at qb and your rbs wrs and dbs wear backplates n they aren't there during gameplay on next gen

Old gen defense is faster to tackle etc harder to run but also faster changes of direction compared to current gen
