To adjust deadzones and fix stick drift in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3, you can follow these steps:
Go to the Settings menu in the game.
Navigate to the Controller tab and select the Advanced tab.
Scroll down to the Input Dead Zones section and press Square to show more options.
Reduce the Left Stick Min and Right Stick Min values to about 0.05 or 0.04 for more accurate aim and fine-tune adjustments.
If you experience stick drift, increase the Dead Zone slider until it stops.
