I've been playing on console at 120hz (1440p) and I still struggle to see people with sharpening at 100. Even at 60 hz (4k) in the campaign I can't see the enemies.

hey guys with my cross hairs i changed it to center dot and changed it to largest and also you can change the colour, i changed mine to lime green and it’s a game changer for i find it to lock onto players a lot more easier but hope this helps
