The restaurant is located on the ground floor of the prestigious castle 'Parc Broekhuizen', which was recently voted the best design hotel in Europe. There is an amazing terrace overlooking the great pond. Robert Poel and Thomas Diepersloot are the two talented chefs while consulting chef Jacob Jan Boerma (3*De Leest) assists. They bring a refined repertoire full of nuanced flavours and pleasant textures. Like the colourful dish with tomato varieties, burrata and lavas.
