I believe if you add yourself to the 'operator' group you should get the Shutdown / Restart options

even better news, WINE9 mesa dri is finally (no more reported wrong OS version error that was on their end, not ours). time to pick up the pieces, i had a full working steam setup with WINE7, skipped WINE8 entirely, hopefully 9 brings in some game changing... changes... yea :P

Apparently they added 'networking' to the man pages with examples of how to configure interfaces. I always jad trouble remembering the wpa_supplicant syntax

I'm making frish install for freebsd 14.1-releas with encryption disk and swap and when adduser I'm using encryption zfs
Install xfce with lightdm login manager
I can't login to xfce with lightdm login manager
but I can login with tty and when using startxfce4 I have error
Authorization required but no authorization protocol specified
xinit: giving up
xinit: unable to connect to x server: socket is not connected
xinit: server error
my user in group video wheel operator staff
