Thanks! It worked. I Didn't had to turn on the compatibility mode, just had to change the DEP Config according to the video.

Ok, I have the disc version, I cannot run mods as much as i tried. Everytime I try to run just the ground roots, I load a game, and halfway throught the loading bar, it crashes. I have added script files, downgraded, switched service pack, excluded it i dep, and some other choices ive made. IT WONT WORK. i got a crash reader and it reads this:
