They accidently created a champ with an insane amount of utility and late game scaling so they purposely keep her slightly underpowered because they don't know what to do about it.

Having played her a lot, I can quote Bricky for highlighting the pro and cons of Quinn "If you sneeze near her, she dies. If she sneezes near you, you are hit by a category 5 hurricane."

Honestly I think Quinn would fit better in the jungle. A character who embraces the archetype of a scout and picking of opponents one by one as well as roaming around the map and not conflicting with the team compositions should be a great fit for her.

Wow, I never knew she was supposed to be a scout! I mean, in hindsight, it makes sense, but I never really saw her as anything else than "top that goes pew pew bad" (she is fun in aram though), but a scout playstyle is pretty sick, hope they keep that and improve it in her future rework, hopefully as a jungler.

I actually disagree here.
Quinn's scouting features, blind on Q to stuff enemy ADCs, and roaming potential make her a pretty strong support for vision control especially.
When I play her in support, I typically rush Umbral with Zombie Ward. Idea here is obvious: Maximizing vision while denying the enemy as much as possible. She's still squishy, and she doesn't 1v1 as hard (Unless some shenanigans happen bot lane and you get fed) but the objective control you get and gank potential you have with E is pretty strong.

All Quinn mains love her how she's. She's perfect as she is. She doesn't need any rework. Buffs would make her OP, nerfs would make her unplayable.

I like Quinn. She's fun. Only issue is that I keep forgetting she exists, otherwise I'd play her more.
