Harris Touts Plan for ‘Opportunity Economy’ in Voter Pitch

Vice President Kamala Harris vowed to build “an opportunity economy” as she unveiled an economic agenda seeking to tackle the burden of inflation with sweeping new subsidies and tax benefits for poor and middle class Americans. #politics #harris #trump #dnc #democrats

The plan represented the first major policy rollout of Harris’ nascent campaign, and looked to attack one of her greatest liabilities – frustration voiced by voters over spiking post-pandemic prices.

The proposal includes aggressive — and costly — initiatives that would provide a $25,000 subsidy to first-time home buyers, significantly expand tax credits for parents, and a cap on out-of-pocket prescription drug prices. Harris is also proposing initiatives to prevent price gouging at the grocery store and reduce the cost of health insurance purchased on federal exchanges.

It's been proven by Nixon among many other throughout world history government control over food costs does not work. It may seem petty but I am guilty of it myself also, she cannot even pronounce the word "gouging" if you are seeking the highest ranking political office in our nation and can't even say the word correctly that bothers me. She has not been able to answer any questions and talks in circles. I have found this true throughout life most people that don't have knowledge about what they are speaking about tend to talk in round about ways it's very untrustworthy and obvious over the last three and a half years this woman has betrayed the American people to many ways to count and these people as a group or collective need to be stopped. Career politics leaves nothing to be found but corruption on both sides of the aisle. Our government was designed to be run by every day people a term or two at a time and let the next generation take the reins. We became our own nation trying to escape the rule and taxation of a tyrant government and sadly we have become the very thing ourselves. God bless everyone and I hope we all can come together and turn our country around starting within each of our own communities all the way up to the federal government with elections the right way the moral way..
