I worked multiple jobs to pay tuition, rent, car insurance, groceries, income taxes, and also for "spending money" ... someone who only worked for "spending money" during college doesn't have a clue about how expensive the cost of living is - with or without - paying for college as well. (And also, I have paid off my own student loans.)
