As there is no such textile spray paint which I can 100% recommend for painting on clothes, using some tricks you will be able to create cool designs using any acrylic spray paint .

You could get a different cap, like a Lego skinny cap for that gold can and then you’d have a finer line which may be easier

There are these things called a Misto it is to put oil in to May a spray oil. You pump it for the pressure. Why not get one of those and it your pump spray paint in it? It is about 10$ US.
