I searched for this video after seeing it in a YouTube ad, just to say this. I like what this video touches on. It's very explanatory but it doesn't say "Lose weight or you will die", it just helps, with a nice, happy animation tagging along. I tell people often, take the stairs instead of the escalator, stand up straight, and walk, if you're just going to the store down the street, and other little things. They add up, and they really help you lose weight, plus it's no work at all.
