I agree with him. However, he's the 1% in the world that is specifically trained how to do that. The average gun carrying law abiding citizen is not. I will get my family and anyone in the immediate area out and to safety, but I'm not going back in. I have way too much to care for and protect to risk my life looking for a fight. If the threat is right there, I'll deal with it and get my family out. But I'm not going to go in like a SF/Ranger/SEAL looking for an active shooter when I have no idea what I'm doing beyond pointing my weapon at a paper target and pulling the trigger. I stay in my lane.
