Very easy recipe. I normally put egg white meringue on my cream pies and I toast my coconut in a non-stick frying pan, continuously stirring it until it’s browned. I feel I can control the toasting better in a frying pan. Thank you for the recipe.

I will definitely get some of that Walmart plastic. I have the worst time with plastic wrap. I can’t pull it off the roll. It never tears right on the blade. Me and plastic wrap are not friends at all! I am definitely going to get some of this. Thank you very much.
