JMac, BDog and Matt play the Forest City first nine, filmed over different days but on the same course. We compare the difference between breaking 80 in the mid 70s, breaking 80 in the high 70's, low 80 and high 80 golf.

We compare the game of a 4 handicap, 12 handicap and 18 handicap. This is a very MINOR difference. There are a few decisions, a few mental capabilities and some mindset shifts that can make you improve your game instantly and in a big way.

JMac is down to an 8 handicap now and BDog is down to 16.8
These are two major improvements and they just keep getting better as they start to trust themselves and make BETTER DECISIONS on the course to STOP MAKING BIG ERRORS.

They use their short games to save shots as well. There are many decisions in a round of golf and making one bad one, and following it with. another bad one is where we all lose our shots. When we add in commitment issues, we are struggling. If we can commit to better decisions and commit to not hitting bad shots after other bad shots, we can really improve quickly.

Most of us can get the ball airborne and in the general direction we want. We just self sabotage. We know what to do but we commit to sucking because it's comfortable. Discomfort comes from the unknown. Try something new and change your life. Don't be scared to dump your trouble clubs and don't be afraid to experiment in golf. It ay open your eyes up to something new!

Bdog used to drink 12 beers per round but he now only consumes 3 beers per round and his score has improved dramatically. At least that's how it is with my friends lol

I just started golf this summer and have played a few matches. I've shot a 106 on a par 60 and a 116 on a par 72. Then yesterday a 56 playing 9 par 32. I've been having a blast and will be continuing to play golf for sure

This channel covers the exact part of the game that is the most important and no other channel talks about. The actual course and game management. I don’t need 100 videos of drivers, these videos got my mindset to where I could actually play golf.

Before I would driver then longest club most aggressive line in. When I play golf so much better if I would just take the 5 wood or 4 iron off the tee every time. The driver is a tool on open holes and open par 5s to take advantage of when you can hit it long with little stress.

Cut the course up to be able to handle it based on your game and nothing else.
I’ve learned the value of confidence, and it’s all you need to have fun in the course. Everything matt says is true.

Edit: shout out to gen, her golf channel is awesome too!

Golf Sidekick, greetings from Massachusetts! My mental game on course used to be the biggest detriment to my game. I used to beat myself up inside from hitting what I thought were poor shots. After watching many of your videos, I've embraced the way of the playa. I've been enjoying my rounds thoroughly thanks to the many things I've learned from your videos. I've separated the playing box and the thinking box so I'm able to break free mentally for my swing. I was shooting in the 90's and sometimes 100. Now after some range session and a new attitude (again thanks so much) I was able to piece together 3 great rounds in a row including an all time best. I bought me some super sweet swag from your shop to support you! Thanks again! - Bryan G.

I have been watching your videos now for about a year. I got 2 lessons from a PGA pro to fix some minor mechanical problems. I'm hunting my first 100 break. Your mental planning has helped me as much as the lessons. My biggest take away and need to keep working on is playing to comfort and following a plan and forget the score. Thank you for helping be a playa!

Wuddup Playa!! I need to share my recent success with you bro! I've played for 20 years and I would rarely break 90. I was super frustrated because I can strike the ball really well. During quarantine I did 2 things: practice my putting and watched your videos. My last 5 rounds are 86, 87, 87, 85, and I just shot 83 today. I really love your enthusiasm and attitude on the course- it's helped me manage my expectations, and I now congratulate myself for my game rather than beat myself up because I didn't birdie every hole . I can hear your voice in my head each time I setup over a shot and think through my approach- making sure to play away from danger. Thanks for being a cool-ass dude. You the man playa!!!

Love seeing how different levels of Playas approach the round. Learning to check my ego and hit hybrid off the tee on tight holes has really helped me. Love WOTP

Your videos made me love golf again. Shaving shots and having a blast, nothing better. Also J-Bone you're an absolute beast, greatest success story I've ever seen

I'll listen to these tips when I stop hitting 190 yard bombs with my driver.

Matt you're changing people's lives here, we all love golf because it's like life, the ball only goes where you hit it. "stop and think for 10 seconds" is wisdom of the ages stuff. kudos from a 10 handicap old guy in florida, i can see shooting my age in my future.

This is the best golf page out there. You are changing the way I think about my rounds of golf completely. I am a low handicapper. Best round ever is 66. I’ve shot 69 3 other times but I haven’t done that in 4 years. Now I shoot around 73-78 and my goal is to break 72. Playing stress free golf and committing to shots is so simple yet I needed to hear you say it in order to actually realize I don’t do it.

Shot ten over on Friday. All that got me there was confidence in putting. 5 under for my handicap, thank you Matt!

Wow J- MAC has really improved so much it’s inspiring! I’ve been playing seriously for about 2 years and have gone from 115 to 87 at my best. Consistently shooting 92-95 from the back tees at my club. Want to make the next step. These videos help me so much

For me, it's chipping that will improve my scores. Cutting out lost balls will save a few strokes (keep the ball in play). Reducing 3 -putts might save a few strokes. However, if a mid to high handicapper is not hitting greens in regulation, then it's important to chip and putt instead of chip and 2 putts, or 2 chips and 2 putts.

Pulled together an 88 today after a horrible front nine just keeping calm, and keeping my head in place like a true baus, with methods you teach. Had a 6 hole stretch at even par down the stretch with a birdie sprinkled in that saved my cheeks. above my average but proud of my mental game. like you said, those fighting pars feel better than any eagle I've ever made.
